TWO Pembrokeshire-based sniffer dogs have proved once again they are canine crime-fighters, this time sniffing out a huge haul of cannabis in the west Midlands, thought to have a street value of up to £200,000.

Dyfed-Powys Police Dog Dash was awarded a National Police K9 Memorial medal yesterday by Chief Constable Mark Collins.

Wednesday 22nd April will see the launch of K9 Live Talk by B.W.Y Canine.

Springer Spaniel Scamp, a tobacco and cash detection dog has picked up the top award during a prestigious award ceremony in London. Over the past 6 years Scamp has found over £8 million pounds-worth of illegal tobacco products, during operations with Trading Standards, Police and Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs. 

A two day detection dog workshop held in Pembrokeshire by B.W.Y Canine Ltd has been hailed a huge success.

Police seized drugs, a knife and a martial arts weapon during an operation in Leicester city centre.
