OVER 10,000 CIGARETTES SEIZED IN NORTHUMBERLAND SHOP RAIDS
More than 10,000 illegal cigarettes and tobacco seized during Operation CeCe in Northumberland.
Officers from Northumberland County Council's Trading Standards and Northumbria Police swooped after receiving tip offs about two shops.
Trading Standards officers have swooped on shops in Ashington, seizing more than 10,000 illicit cigarettes and numerous packets of hand rolling tobacco worth £4,000.
