BWY Canine was established with the aim to the meet the demand for canine services in the United Kingdom and Internationally. This is mainly due to the rise in the organised crime and the escalation in terrorism.

We offer a number of services including  the deployment of operational dog teams and facilitate dog team courses and continuation training.

BWY Canine thrives on delivering a professional and cost effective service.  We can tailor services to meet your requirements and work to your specifications.   We cater for large scale, long term projects or one off events.

BWY Canine was established by a former Ministry of Defence Dog Handler with a over a decade of operational and training experience. Since 2008 a number of former Police dog handlers and instructors with a wealth of knowledge, experience and professionalism have become part of BWY Canine. We base our training principles and operational procedures on the ACPO (The Association Of Chief Police Officers), National Police Dog Assessment Model.

In 2012 we carried out 158 explosive searches for UK clients

B.W.Y CANINE is a small, highly specialist company based in Wales. We currently provide clients with  dogs capable of detecting explosives, firearms, drugs and counterfeit tobacco. Not only do we provide search dog services to private companies and individuals but also to police services and government agencies.
